Stout & Gallant has provided a unique combination of behind-the-scenes operational services and crowd-pleasing entertainment and activities.
- Created and managed a process for communications and other support services for track operators and multiple vendors and suppliers
- Created an RFP for vendor services, coordinated and presented to Kentucky Speedway for identification of supplier support
- Produced custom-made stage sets, portal entrance and signage to establish a distinct image for the speedway
- Designed and produced themed entertainment to commence featured races
- Assembled and managed corporate village with 25 tents to accommodate up to 6,000 guests
